CoLift's service technicians are an integral part of the CoLift team. We take great pride in the fast service they provide. Our expert elevator technicians have many years experience working on all of the world’s major equipment. Our sales team works closely with our service team to ensure your elevator is being properly taken care of.

Installation

Innovations in technology and design have made installing and owning a residential elevator more affordable than ever. Installing an elevator isn’t the complicated, expensive home renovation project it once was.  CoLift offers a variety of different elevator styles and configurations to help you find the right fit for your home. We work with our customers through every step of the process, from making decisions during the design stage to completion of the installation.

The procedure breaks down into three simple phases:

  • Phase 1: Decide and choose the best wall for the elevator.
  • Phase 2: Prepare the location and create the hole that will facilitate the elevator.
  • Phase 3: Our installation team will install the track, pulley system and elevator. They then test drive it and show you how easy and safe it is to operate.

Because CoLift lift requires no elevator shaft, mechanical room or a deep pit construction (like many traditional lifts), it can easily be added to almost any home. It is designed for new or existing home.

Maintenance

Repairs can be costly, but preventative maintenance can eliminate unwanted repairs from occurring at all. We will visit your home every half a year to inspect your elevator and to test the operation and look for any problems or potential issues.

Routine maintenance pays off in the long run. If you run into a major problem, it could have a high cost to repair. With routine maintenance, you could catch that same problem early on and reduce how much it would cost to fix.
