CoLift Plus Plan provides the highest level of service, ensuring that your equipment retains its intended safety, reliability and quality.  This plan eliminates unexpected, costly repair bills by providing the same professional level of preventative care included in our CoLift Basic Plan, as well as diagnosing and correcting equipment performance issues at no additional cost.

*CoLift+ subscription will be auto charged to your payment card until you cancel the plan.

Why subscription plan?

The subscription plans for our maintenance services are for customers who would like to sign up our maintenance, but prefer to auto charge to their payment without the hassle of paying the maintenance fees on monthly or annually basis.

When the subscription cycle will end?

The subscription plan will goes on until you cancel your plan with us.

Can I cancel the subscription anytime?

Yes. You can cancel the subscription anytime you want. But, we suggest you to cancel it before the next renewal. No refund will be given to the remaining day(s) or month(s) of the maintenance period.

How can I cancel the subscription?

Shall you would like to cancel the subscription plan, please contact us here, one of our representative will be in touch with you and help you to proceed with the cancellation.

Can I subscribe 1 plan for 2 or more of my home lifts?

No. One (1) subscription plan is for a single home life. If you have 3 home lifts, you will have to add the quantity to 3 upon checkout.

What's the plan includes, except the half-yearly preventive maintenance?

The subscription plan includes:

  • Half yearly preventive maintenance
  • 24/7 phone support on lift issues
  • Onsite support for lift issues that couldn't solved via phone support
Can I subscribe your maintenance support if I've gotten my home lift from another supplier?

We are not 100% sure until we see your home lift model and conditions. Drop us a line here, our representative will conduct a site visit and confirm with you whether we can support your lift model.

What payment method do you take for subscription plan?

Due to the recurring payments, our subscription plan only takes in credit or debit card.
